I’m leaving for Tuscany for a well deserved 3 days detox in my beloved home in the woods. I really need to take a little break and spend some time in the nature.
In case you’re wondering, here’s what a real detox weekend means to me:
1. Stop working, stop checking my e-mails, stop always being connected
3. Take long walks and explore
4. Eat only healthy local food
5. Start and end the day with a 30’ yoga and meditation session
7. Keep away negativity
