Here we are again, talking about healthy and detoxing stuff. That’s really not my case today, but if you partied hard last night, here’s the simplest and most efficient recipe for a fast detox: the lemon + ginger infusion. You’ll need:

– Half a lemon (juice + rind)
– 5 cubes of fresh ginger
– A cup of hot mineral water

Peel your fresh ginger and cut it into 5 little cubes while boiling mineral water. Put the ginger cubes in a transparent cup, pour the boiled water, squeeze the lemon and blend. Then cut a little rind of lemon and put it on the top.

Drink it when it’s hot to make the most of it!
