What you need

Two large flour tortillas (the original recipe here)
A carrot
A fennel
A zucchini
Red onion (three or four slices)
Soy sauce (a spoon)
Extra-virgin olive oil (a spoon)
Curry (1/2 teaspoon)

How to

Cut the carrot, the fennel and the zucchini à la julienne.
Put the red onion slices in a non-stick pan with a spoon of extra-virgin olive oil and let it cook until it becomes a sautéed.

Then add the slices of carrot, fennel and zucchini and cook it under a low flame for about 10 minutes.
Add a spoon of soy sauce and a 1/2 teaspoon of curry and stew it for other 5 minutes.

Take the flour tortillas and fill them starting from the center.

Then close it taking the two extremities to the center and fix them with toothpicks.
