Here’s our recipe of super easy and yummy apple and cinnamon rolls.
What you need
A French pastry roll
An egg yolk
A cinnamon stick
Cinnamon in powder
Roll out the French pastry on a pastry board and cut it in rectangular shapes. Cut the apples in little cubes and arrange them on the French pastry rectangles, then crumble the cinnamon stick and distribute it on the pastry. Beat the egg yolk with a fork, roll the pastry and spread the egg on the pastry. Cover the oven’s plate with baking paper and dispose the rolls on the plate, making sure they’re distant one from the other. Let them cook for about 15 minutes on 180°.
Pull them out and sprinkle them with cinnamon powder.
