What you need
Thin breadsticks (15-20)
Grain hazelnuts, pistachios and sprinkles
Cut the chocolate in little pieces and let it melt in a bain-marie.
In the meanwhile, dispose your grains and sprinkles on a sheet of baking paper.
Immerse the 3/4 of the breadstick in the chocolate and make sure that the chocolate covers it on every side and that it doesn’t pour down.
Then gently roll the breadstick on your grains or sprinkles. Put the breadsticks on a plate covered in baking paper and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Note: You can use dark, milk or even white chocolate, but dark chocolate is preferable because of its consistency.
