Essential oils are indispensable allies, when it comes to beauty. They are the super eroes of your beauty routine, indispensable friends and partners in crime.
But what exactly are these essential oils? Find it out with us.
The so-called essential oils are oily essences that are produced by plants and fruits. An essential oil contains all the most effective (and sometimes hidden) properties of a plant.
It is important to remember that essential oils should never be used in direct contact with the skin, as they can cause little abrasions and irritations (I told you they are powerful!) They have to be blend with other natural oils, such as coconut, jojoba and almond.
Note: always consult an herbalist or an essential oils specialist before using them. Follow the suggestions they give you and don’t try to mix them or to create strange concoctions at home! It could be really dangerous for your skin and your hair, and you don’t want your skin or your hair to be damaged, right?
