Grapefruit is an excellent source of vitamins A and C, it is low in calories, ultra hydrating and helpful for skin, digestion and regularity.
It doesn’t come as a surprise that we love grapefruit so much.
Today, we want to share with you this tasty, light and healthy recipe: the grapefruit risotto.

Wear your best apron and follow us in the kitchen!

What you need (for 2)

Grapefruit (2)
Scallion (50 gr.)
Vegetal bouillon (1 liter)
Brown rice (200 gr.)
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt
Mint leaves

How to 

Mince the scallion and put it in a terracotta pan with a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil. Cook it under a low flame until it becomes a sauté.
Add the brown rice and squeeze the juice of a grapefruit over it.
Let it cook for about 2 minutes, then slowly start to add the hot vegetal bouillon and keep on blending with a wood spoon.
When the brown rice is cooked (it will take approximatively 25/30 minutes), remove the terracotta pan from fire, add salt and few drops of olive oil.
Serve it with little cubes of grapefruit and mint leaves.
