Summer is the perfect time to introduce new rituals in your daily routine.

Whether you’re lucky enough to already be on vacation or not, let yourself go to the summer vibes and improve your day to day life experimenting
with these 10 new good habits.

  1. Start your day with a 7 minutes soft yoga workout.
  2. Prepare a ginger and lemon flavored bottle of fresh water and drink it during the day.
  3. Leave the gym and work out in the nature.
  4. Experiment something new that is good to your soul.
  5. Force yourself to read a new book each week.
  6. Organize little outdoor parties for all your friends who are stuck in the city.
  7. Take care of your skin and never leave home without a sunscreen protection. UV rays could be really dangerous!
  8. Eat cleaner! Introduce healthy foods in your diet.
  9. Disconnect from social media. Leave your iPhone home and live your life!
  10. Get to know yourself better.
